On the first day you will visit a Barbagia sheepfold and taste the typical products derived from milk, while in the afternoon you will assist in the production of nougat and other typical sweets. The second day will be dedicated to wine, in particular to Mandrolisai by visiting one of the cellars in the area and tasting the wine accompanied by typical products.
