The secrets of the masters

Witness firsthand the creation of wooden animals and characters with particular characterizations studied according to twentieth-century and contemporary lines. It is precisely called Pinokkieria because it draws from a vast repertoire made up of the protagonists of fairy tales (Pinocchio above all) passing through the history of Sardinia, and the local fauna. The craftsman will show you how through formal synthesis and colors he has designed and created countless sculptures that respond to a coherent and playful line.

At the end of the demonstration you will have the opportunity to participate in a fun workshop on the design and construction of wooden characters and animals, with references to illustration and design followed by an expert craftsman.

On the second day, visit the I.S.O.L.A Artigianato of Oristano where it is possible to admire some creations of Sardinian master craftsmen, such as ceramic, wood, leather, glass and fabric artifacts. Attached to the shop, you will have the opportunity to visit the ceramics workshop, where you will  witness some phases of the production live: shaping on the lathe, molding, finishing, graffiti decoration. Then you will participate in first person in a fantastic workshop on the shapes and symbols of the Neolithic and Nuragic periods, hand printing, engraving and smoothing of raw objects.
